Very pleased

My experience was not a great one but in the end I was very pleased we had an issue with our shuttle because of the distance. That being said they helped me out and gave me my refund in descent time. It was a bad experience but at the end of the day I was really pleased on how they handled everything!! I now know I can trust this service
