Booked vip pickup less the 24 hours before We arrived in Mexico, and had to wait over an hour to clear customs due to many passengers. I was worried that our ride would have left, we walked outside and as promised a driver was there with our name, took our bags and directed us to our ride. Prior to our arrival we were contacted to see what kind of drinks we preferred on our arrival, and sure enough cold drinks as soon as we got in. The driver even waited as I smoked my cig outside. On return it was a different driver, very nice guy, and prompt. We asked for 3 pm pick up and he was there 5 mins before. Exellent service, great cars. New, and will use again.
