Registration is completely free. There are no activation fees or fixed monthly charges. Pickrides takes a commission per completed booking, which means we only earn when you earn.
Email and OTP registration takes under 5 minutes. Setting up your fleet and pricing takes an additional 20–30 minutes. Once your profile is complete and verified by our team, you can start receiving booking requests.
For the initial registration you only need your email. During onboarding we'll ask for: your company details, fleet documents (license plates, insurance), and banking information to receive payments — all done digitally.
Pickrides operates across Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond, with a strong presence in Mexico. If your city isn't listed yet, contact us and we'll work to add it.
Payments are processed automatically. The standard pay cycle is weekly, sent directly to the bank account you register. You can see the breakdown of every transaction in your dashboard.
We accept taxis, shuttles, private vans, limousines, buses, and more. If you have a mixed fleet, you can register multiple vehicle types under the same account.
We don't offer zone exclusivity, but we do prioritize providers with better ratings and faster response times in our booking assignment ranking. Better service = more bookings.
You have access to dedicated provider support 7 days a week. For payment disputes or cancellations, there is a formal mediation process with guaranteed response times.
